I-Wen Chen Achieves SAFe Program Consultant Trainer Status; Lindy Quick Nominated as SPCT Candidate

 

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – March 31, 2022 – Project & Team, a leading consulting organization specializing in digital transformation, today announced two of its advisory team members, I-Wen Chen and Lindy Quick, have been recognized for superior knowledge, mastery and thought leadership in the practice and principles of SAFe.

Most recently, Quick was nominated as an SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) candidate based on her demonstration of superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in adopting Agile across an enterprise with the Scaled Agile Framework®.  Chen formally became an SPCT in early March.

I-Wen holds an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management and has broad experience leading transformations for clients in various industries – including oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, financial, and defense— across six continents. Her breadth of experience and her approach to creating a positive environment for change has led to her repeated recognition by clients as their “key change champion.” Now an SPCT, I-Wen has extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma and helping clients transition from traditional waterfall to scaling Lean-Agile.

Lindy Quick is a Lean-Agile Transformation Coach with over 20 years of experience ranging from software application development, database administration, test automation, cyber-physical solution development and executive leadership.  Industry experience includes manufacturing, insurance, federal government and defense.  Most recently, Lindy has been Leading and Coaching Transformation efforts at FDA, and in multiple sectors at Northrop Grumman.  Prior to Northrop Grumman, Lindy was Associate Vice President of Technology Development at Guardian Life Insurance with responsibility for agile transformation as well as operational management and support of the IT organization. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in German and Computer Science from Doane University and received her MBA from Baker University.
