This two-day course teaches the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), taught by a SAFe® Silver Partner. Our certified instructors have direct experience implementing SAFe within enterprises as SAFe® Program Consultants (SPCs) in Fortune 500 companies.

You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and why it’s so effective in today’s adapt-or-die marketplace. You’ll also get practical advice on supporting Agile teams and programs, empowering a Lean Portfolio, building a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, and coordinating large solutions.

At the end of this course you will be well prepared to take the certification exam to become a certified SAFe® 4.6 Agilist (SA), and to lead and sponsor SAFe® programs within your enterprise. This event includes the license fee for the exam.

Rob Blechman

SPC, CSM, MBA

Rob is a certified SAFe Program Consultant, scrum master and business transformation leader focused on strategic IT initiatives, merger/acquisition integration, business growth, and organizational change. For over 20 years, he has led engagements delivering high impact results at many of the world’s leading companies including AT&T, Chevron, Cisco, France Telecom, GE, Hearst, HP, McKesson and Wells Fargo, as well as state and national government agencies. He is known for bringing a high degree of collaboration, clarity and a “can do” approach to solving complex business challenges.

Rob also spent 10 years as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, and holds an MBA in International Management and Finance from NYU.
