Sr. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Coach

This customer facing role is a critical member of our Services Team
 

Key Deliverables Include:

  • Work closely with our services team and the client to develop Agile transformation plans to meet their objectives

  • Define and present to customers product and technology training on both tool solutions and modern software engineering best practices

  • Work on customer engagements to assist in the successful transformations

  • Provide strong support and championing of Lean-Agile values and principles

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field

  • Five years minimum of recent applied Agile experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to ensure milestones are met

  • Ability to work effectively in cross functional (operations, management, and financial) teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience desired but not required
